What is an AI notetaker?

How accurate is CosecScribe for Nigerian English and Pidgin?
CosecScribe is built for Nigerian speech. Global tools drop to 60–70% accuracy on accents and code-switching; CosecScribe combines strong speech models with AI that explicitly understands Nigerian English expressions and Pidgin, so the transcript reflects what was actually said.
Can I transcribe in-person meetings?
Yes. Place your phone or laptop on the table and tap record — everyone is transcribed live with speaker labels. When you stop, the audio downloads to your device automatically. It never touches our servers.
Does CosecScribe join meetings automatically?
No. The notetaker joins only the meetings you explicitly send it to. It never scans your calendar, never auto-joins, and never appears in a call uninvited — a deliberate contrast with other tools.
Are meeting summaries private?
Yes. Summaries and action items are emailed only to the person who recorded the meeting — never to attendees, never to your team. Meeting summaries stay private to you.

Is my data secure?
Your transcripts sync securely and are tied to your account. We never share or sell your data. For in-person capture the audio never leaves your device at all, and for other recordings audio is deleted from our transcription provider the moment processing completes.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 60 minutes of transcription, unlimited AI chat, and unlimited minutes generation. Meeting capture — online and in person — is free for everyone, with no minute caps.
