Delete your account
Delete in the app
The fastest way — your account and data are deleted immediately:
- Open CosecScribe and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen
- Confirm in the dialog
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Email ushello@cosecscribe.comSend from the email on your account — that is how we verify it is yours.Email deletions are completed within 7 days. We reply when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, and sign-in credentials
- All transcripts, minutes, summaries, and action notes
- All uploaded audio files
- AI chat conversations
- Usage history and app events tied to your account
- Connected calendar integrations and any scheduled meeting bots
What is not removed
- Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel billing. Cancel first — iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CosecScribe. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Organization data: if your account created an organization, matters, or meetings, that data belongs to the organization. Email us and we will close or transfer it first.
- Payment records: completed transaction records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
